Raquel's Boutique was established recently by Cindy Raquel Soriano (CEO), A shift manager George Caleb Soriano-Rangel (6 yr old) and B shift manager Gael Carim Soriano-Rangel (5 yr old) whom both act like bosses. Which in reality they are jaja.
